For adult children & family

When you can’t be there, your Tuesday Friend is.

Dependable weekly visits for your parent — and an honest written update after each one, so you always know how they’re really doing.

The worries that keep you up at night

“Is Mom okay this week?”

Regular visits and honest reports give you real eyes on the ground.

“The mail is piling up.”

We sort it, explain it and flag anything that needs you.

“Dad is lonely.”

Real social connection with the same friendly face every week.

“They won’t use the iPad I bought.”

We teach at their pace until video calls actually happen.

“I’m scared of scams.”

We help spot suspicious calls, emails and letters — and tell you.

“They don’t want ‘a caregiver.'”

We’re warm and casual, not clinical — help they actually want.

What’s in every family update

Warm, honest and specific — a real account of how the visit went, not a form letter. Sent by email or text the same day.

  • Mood, energy and spirits
  • What we worked on and how it went
  • Mail or documents needing attention
  • Home comfort notes — anything that seems off
  • Upcoming needs and appointments
  • A good moment from the visit

What your Tuesday Friend does

What we leave to others

Medical or personal care, managing medications, handling bank accounts, making decisions on anyone’s behalf, or driving clients in a personal vehicle.

Questions families ask

Who will be visiting my parent?

The same background-checked, insured Tuesday Friend every visit. You’ll meet them at the free home visit.

Do visits have to be on Tuesday?

Not at all. Your Tuesday Friend can visit any day of the week — the name is about showing up, week after week.

Do you provide medical care?

No — we focus on everyday help: tech, errands, paperwork and good company. If your parent needs medical or personal care, we’re happy to work alongside a home care agency.

Can I manage everything from out of town?

Yes. Many of our families live outside New York. You can book, pay and get updates entirely by phone and email.

What happens in an emergency?

We call 911 first, then you. We know what to do and who to call.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be paused or canceled with 14 days’ notice.
